  • Anyone!!! Children to adults. No prior experience, knowledge or equipment is required. Start with TFH Level 1 and build from there.

  • You can find class listings on the International Kinesiology College website or on the Kinesiology Federation website.

    In addition you will find TFH Proficiency Classes, TFH Assessments and TFH Professional Classes within this website.

  • You will be able to start using your skills straight away with yourself, your friends and your family.

    To begin working with members of the public you will need to have successfully completed the TFH Proficiency Assessment process. This usually takes around 6 months.

  • No! You will follow the approved Manual and Workbook during your training and will not need any other equipment.

  • Touch for Health is designed for the layperson. You do not need any specialist knowledge. You will be able to use the techniques you have learned straight away to help yourself and others.

    Like all learning - you get out what you put in! It is an art form so the more you practice the easier it will become. The classes are practical and students are encouraged to use their manuals as reference throughout.

  • If you have any interest in taking care of yourself and those around you then TFH is right for you!

    Whether you are simply looking for self- help techniques or would like to eventually become a Kinesiology Practitioner Touch for Health Level 1 is the place to start.

  • You can dip your toes in to the world of TFH with a Level 1 class before deciding if you would like to continue to Level 2 and beyond.

    Our programmes are designed to be modular so that you can build knowledge at your own pace according to your interests.

  • Most classes are 15 hours long, usually run over 2 days. However, some of the advanced modules may run over 3 or 4 days.
