TFH is a well-structured programme that caters for all levels of competence and interest. From the first class you will be able to start using your new found skills to help yourself and others.
Classes are fun, practical and inspiring. They are packed full of tools that are simple, yet effective - you will wonder how you ever managed without them!
A TFH Class sets you up for success, whether for your own self care, to help friends and family or as a new career choice. Students are supported throughout their journey by their instructor and the larger community.
Classes are certificated by the International Kinesiology College and recognised by the UK Kinesiology Federation.
